Refund policy

At PC Vitamins, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and services. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund policy as outlined below.

Refund Eligibility: In order to be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date, in its original, unused and resalable condition, with all original packaging and components included. Any damage to the item or missing components will void the refund.

2. Refund Process: To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team via email at [info@pcvitamins.co.za] with your order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will then provide instructions for the return process. Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

3. Refund Timeframe: Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will issue a refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

4. Exclusions: The following items are non-refundable:

  • Custom-ordered or special-order items
  • Items that have been used or damaged
  • Items that are missing components or packaging
  • Items that have been opened and are no longer in their original condition
  • Physical goods marked as "non-returnable" at the time of purchase
  • Consumable goods, such as batteries or ink cartridges
